王程远

王程远,中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员,博士生导师、研究组长。入选国家海外高层次人才计划、上海市海外高层次人才计划、上海市浦江人才计划。兼任上海市微生物学会基础微生物专业委员会委员。长期从事致力于研究耐药菌重要抗生素开发靶点机制研究和利用药用植物天然代谢产物筛选抗致病微生物药物的工作,尤其关注于致病微生物转录调控过程重要靶点分子机制。近年来以通讯(含共同)及第一作者在Nature,Science,PNAS,Nature Communications,Science Advance等杂志发表多篇论文。作为Nature Communications,Nature Computational Science,Science Bullet,Science China Life Science,Structure等期刊审稿人,并担任ABBS,hLife杂志青年编委。


围绕病原微生物RNA聚合酶和核糖体为中心,探索转录与翻译的调控机制;并基于这些重要分子机器为靶点,结合植物、微生物天然代谢产物开发新型抗生素先导化合物。本课题组结合生物化学、结构生物学以及微生物学的技术手段聚焦一下研究方向:

(1)微生物转录翻译偶联过程的分子机制及功能研究

(2)微生物因子依赖型转录终止过程的分子机制及功能研究

(3)微生物特殊翻译起始过程的分子机制及功能研究

(4)植物、微生物抗菌天然代谢产物的鉴定、分离及合成通路解析
