中国科学技术大学教授,博士生导师,免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室课题组负责人。中组部“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、科技部创新人才推进计划“中青年科技领军人才”,国家基金委优秀青年基金获得者。研究成果获国家自然科学二等奖(第二完成人,2019)、安徽省自然科学一等奖(第二完成人,2023)。


长期从事无菌性炎症中的固有免疫识别、调控及疾病干预策略研究:鉴定免疫系统识别“危险信号”或肠道共生微生物的关键受体,有助于理解病理生理条件下的免疫稳态维持和炎症发生机制,为炎症性疾病干预提供了新的候选靶点;揭示危险识别受体NLRP3及其形成的炎症小体的关键活化和调控机制,有助于理解重大疾病中无菌性炎症的发生和转归机制;基于无菌性炎症新理论和新靶点,研制一批靶向危险感应受体的抑制剂,为2型糖尿病和肿瘤等疾病免疫治疗提供了新路径。以(共)第一/通讯作者在Science(2022)、Cell(2015)、Nat Rev Immunol (2020、2024)、Nat Immunol(2014, 2019, 2024)、Nat Cell Biol(2020)、Immunity(2013、2021、2024)等发表论文30余篇。
