刘博,中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员,研究组长,博士生导师,免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室课题组负责人。入选中国科学院海外高层次人才,上海市海外高层次人才计划,上海市浦江人才计划。中国免疫学会青年工作委员会委员,上海市免疫学会基础免疫专委会委员。复旦大学本科,中国科学院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所博士,美国加州大学伯克利分校博士后。长期从事自身免疫和感染性疾病相关的固有免疫受体功能和炎症调节机制研究,探索炎症干预的新型策略和转化。获国家重点研发计划、国家基金委面上、上海市科技重大专项、上海市科技创新行动计划等项目支持。近年来以通讯(含共同)作者在Nature、Nature Communications、Journal of Experimental Medicine、Journal of Clinical Investigation等期刊发表研究论文,申请专利5项。研究成果被Nature Reviews Immunology、Journal of Cell Biology等权威期刊单独撰文点评。担任Frontiers in Immunology、Molecules、hLife等杂志客座/青年编委。


研究组聚焦感染、自身免疫性疾病等相关的固有免疫识别异常和炎症失调机制。利用炎性疾病、免疫失调和感染动物模型,在免疫学、细胞生物学、生物化学等层面揭示免疫识别受体的转运、功能及下游炎症的调控机理,探索炎症干预的新策略和转化。
