
潘磊,研究员,博士生导师,免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室课题组负责人。国家级人才,入选第六批国家高层次人才特殊支持计划,中国科学院青年创新促进会成员,优秀会员择优支持,上海市青年拔尖人才,中国科学院卓越中心骨干,入选中国细胞生物学学会青年科学家。现任中国科学院大学学位评定委员会生命科学学位评定委员会委员,中国科学院分子病毒与免疫重点实验室副主任,中国昆虫学会昆虫微生物组学专委会委员,上海市昆虫学会理事。担任免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室课题组长。2004年毕业于南开大学生命科学学院。同年免试就读于中国科学院生物物理研究所。之后入选博士联合培养计划,在美国Stowers生物医学研究所完成全部研究生学业。2010年获中国科学院细胞生物学博士学位。同年,直接竞聘为中国科学院生物物理研究所副研究员。仅四年破格晋升为正高级研究员,博士生导师。实验室长期从事病原-宿主互作的免疫遗传学开拓性研究,探索病原致病机理以及天然免疫和机体重要生理病理应答通路之间的互作机制。目前重点关注急慢性感染以及非感染性持续炎症过程中,局部紊乱如何诱发远端器官介导的系统性并发炎症,特别是肠轴器官(肠肝,肠脑,肠肌,肠肤等)间的免疫、代谢、神经交流机制。实验室分别利用果蝇和小鼠模型搭建有多种病原(真菌、细菌、RNA病毒)感染模型以及糖尿病、肥胖症、肠炎、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病等多种生理病理模型。仅第一作者和通讯作者在Nature,Cell Stem Cell, Cell Host Microbes, Nature Microbiology等高水平期刊上发表研究成果30余篇,多篇入选F1000。并作为项目负责人或骨干承担国家重点研发、973、十二五攻关、中科院先导A/B、基金委国际重大等课题10余项。同时参与上海广播电台直播,自然博物馆线上访谈等多项科普社会活动,参与主编科普和专业书籍5部。
