
闫燕,中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员,博士生导师,免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室课题组负责人。肠道微生物与计算宏基因组课题组长。中国科学院上海分院“抢占科技制高点青年攀登计划”首席青年科学家。2016年毕业于荷兰莱顿大学,获微生物生态学博士学位。在美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院从事博士后研究期间,师从计算微生物学专家、美国人类微生物组学计划奠基人Curtis Huttenhower教授,做为团队核心成员参与“人类微生物组学计划Human Microbiome Project”、“英国癌症研究中心OPTIMISTICC癌症大挑战”项目。以通讯或第一作者在Cell Host& Microbe (2020/2023), Genome Medicine,ISME Journal等国际学术期刊发表高水平SCI学术论文20余篇,他引2000余次。目前入选中国科学院上海分院“青年英才培育计划”、美国Charles A. King科研基金,美国Keystone Trainee 青年基金等。担任中国生物物理学会菌群分会委员,iMeta青年编委,Nutrition & Metabolism 副主编。
主要研究兴趣:
微生物作为生态系统中的重要组成部分,其产生的活性小分子物质及代谢产物介导宿主与微生物、微生物物种之间的相互关联,影响宿主稳态和机体健康。肠道菌群是寄居在人体肠道中的微生物群落,细胞总数约为人体自身细胞数量的十倍,参与整个机体营养吸收和复杂的生理生化过程。肠道菌群结构失衡和功能紊乱将直接或间接影响包括肠道肿瘤在内的多种恶性疾病发生。然而,微生物在肠道肿瘤中的致癌机制仍有很多未知,这也局限了基于微生物针对肿瘤预防和治疗的方案开发和应用。研究组致力于利用微生物学、生物信息学、分子生物学等手段,解析肠道微生物组与宿主免疫在肿瘤微环境的全新调控机制。
本课题组将开展以下几方面研究:

(2)肠道微生物及代谢产物与肿瘤微环境的互作机制
(3)肠道稳态的维持与靶向微生物治疗肿瘤的方案开发
