课题组当前的研究兴趣和方向：
1. 疾病相关T细胞表型和功能的鉴定；
2. 疾病相关T细胞抗原表位的筛选，阐释T细胞介导的疾病的发病机制；
3. 基于T细胞抗原表位的疾病治疗，如多肽疫苗、mRNA疫苗和TCR-T等。
特任教授，博士生导师，国家级青年人才计划（2021）获得者，2005年本科毕业于中南大学，2008年硕士毕业于中国科学院成都生物研究所，2012年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学，2012年至2021年分别在中国科学技术大学（2012-2015）和瑞士苏黎世大学医院（2017-2021）从事博士后研究，2021年10月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部。研究主要围绕T细胞的抗原表位筛选、活化、外周维持和定向迁移等，相关研究成果以第一或共通讯作者在Cell (2020，2026)、iScience（2026）、STTT (2023)、Clin Cancer Res (2022)、Clin Rev Allergy Immunol (2020)、J Autoimmun (2018)、J Exp Med (2014) 和Nat Commun (2013)等国际学术期刊。目前作为负责人或主要参与人承担了国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项等多个重要科研项目。
