苏枭,博士,中国科学院特聘研究岗位(二级研究员),博士生导师。2004年获复旦大学和美国UCSF联合培养博士学位;2004-2007美国UCSF博士后;2007-2012美国UIC助理研究教授和UCSF副研究员;2012年担任呼吸道感染免疫课题组组长。主持国家自然基金重点项目、重大项目集成重点、重点专项、国家自然基金重大培育和面上项目(多项);上海市基础重点;承担国家重点研发计划和中国科学院先导B项目等。现任上海市肺部炎症和损伤重点实验室副主任、上海市免疫学感染免疫专业委员会委员、牛津大学出版社QJM杂志(IF14)常务副主编, Mol Med副主编等。在Nature MedLancetJCICell Discovery等杂志发表论文100多篇,引用率6200多次。获得美国Parker B. Francis肺生物医学奖、美国NIH Ruth L. Kirschstein奖、市级科技进步一等奖等。担任国家自然基金杰/优青、重大、重点、国家重点研发计划、香港科学基金评审专家等。参与制订国家自然科学基金呼吸领域十三、十四五战略规划等。

 

提出肺副交感神经炎症反射弧理论,建立了研究迷走神经调控肺部感染免疫的方法体系。发现迷走神经通过α7型烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体调控细菌和病毒感染(包括流感病毒、SARS-CoV-2等),参与肺损伤修复和哮喘的分子机制。还发现感觉神经元识别肺内病原和应答的神经环路,解析迷走神经电刺激和中府穴电针刺激调控肺部免疫的机制等,开拓了神经调控肺部免疫的领域。近期工作如下:
