中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授，博士生导师。2003年本科毕业于安徽医科大学临床医学专业，2006年硕士毕业于安徽医科大学病理生理学专业，2013年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学细胞生物学专业，2015年至2019年在美国Emory大学医学院从事博士后研究。近年来以第一作者/通讯作者在Cell Stem Cell，Nature Metabolism, Nature Communications等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。

主要研究兴趣和方向：

1.       造血调控及白血病发生机理（生物力学/代谢调控等）

2.       NK细胞发育及功能调控

3.       肿瘤免疫微环境及基于NK细胞的白血病免疫治疗
