王毅,中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院人才计划入选者。2014年毕业于香港大学李嘉诚医学院,博士联合培养就读于美国康奈尔大学化学与化学生物学系,师从霍华德休斯医学研究员(HHMIHening Lin教授。2014年起任香港大学李嘉诚医学院博士后、研究助理教授和高级助理研究员。2020年起,中国科学技术大学微尺度物质科学国家研究中心分子医学部/中科院天然免疫与慢性病重点实验室独立PI,组建表观遗传免疫学实验室。近年来研究成果发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc(通讯作者)、NaturePNASCell Chemical Biologyelife等。

 

研究兴趣和方向:综合运用化学生物学、细胞生物学和结构生物学的Bio-X 多学科交叉的研究手段,以一系列化学分子探针为基础,在分子、细胞、和病理水平上对蛋白质翻译后修饰调节因子EraserReaderWriter家族在免疫学层面进行深入的机理研究,并设计和筛选出具有高选择性的inhibitor抑制剂和activator激活剂药物用于临床研究。
